Nicholas Aquilina is an Attroney at Brandl & Talos Attorneys at Law in Vienna. He studied law at the University of Vienna and joined Brandl & Talos in 2009. Nicholas specializes in international gaming and entertainment law, regulatory and AML/CTF compliance, European Union law, Social Gaming, Fantasy Gaming, E-Sports, Payment and E-Commerce. He provides regulatory, commercial, general corporate and transactional legal advice to online and land-based gaming and betting companies, including advice and representation of clients at European associations, before EU institutions and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
