Advocate Dr. Hristina Georgieva is a speaker at the annual Summer Academy of European and Comparative Private Law at the University of Salzburg, founder of the Association “Council for Normative Law”, Honorary Lecturer.
Advocate Dr. Hristina Georgieva holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of National and World Economy (2009), where she simultaneously acquired a professional qualification in Banking (2009), and in 2020 – an educational and scientific degree “Doctor” in the professional field “Law”, specialty Invention, Copyright and Patent Law. During the course of work on her PhD thesis, lawyer Dr. Georgieva successfully completed a number of trainings of the World Intellectual Property Organization in the field of legal protection of softwares, trademarks, designs and the geographic indications.
