She worked for more than 10 years in major Ukrainian government regulatory bodies, gaining expertise in training, public communication, drafting international agreements, launching technical assistance projects, business process reviews, organizational development, KPI-based strategies, international cooperation, compliance, contract management, and best practices analysis.
Alona has also been directly involved in launching several large ITA projects with a total budget exceeding 20 million euros.
