Dimitar Delchev is an experienced attorney-at-law with 19 years of legal practice. He is currently partner at Andrey Delchev & Partners – Eurolex and former member of the Bulgarian Parliament(2014-2017, 2023).Dimitar is experienced in advising the business of foreign and local investors. His areas of expertise are European Union law, finance, corporate and commercial.Being a member of the Bulgarian crypto association Mr. Delchev works on the development of national legislation designed to regulate the market in crypto assets in Bulgaria.Dimitar Delchev graduated from the law faculty of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2008 and holds a post-graduate degree in English and European Union Law granted by the University of Cambridge and Master of Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
